VOIP Billing
MAC1 Systems has been providing VOIP billing systems since we started in 1999. We have worked with several international carriers and collected data from major VOIP gateways and gatekeepers.
Calls can be costed based on destination with either a per second billing or a price per fixed time period. Rate changes can be set to start at a particular time and date. Bills are produced in the agreed format and published as a pdf file that can either be printed or automatically emailed to the customer.
The system also allows you to see what carrier was used and the cost you are being charged, based on the destination gateway.
A full range of reports are available showing customer usage, carrier allocations and per country distribution.
